Description

Designed for indoor and outdoor use in or around electrical facilities to reduce

the temperatures of oil-filled transformer radiators. Single speed, totally enclosed,

weather-proof motors have automatic reset thermal protection. To provide

extended life, the motors have Class B Insulation with Class A temperature.

The motor shaft has a rust inhibitor treatment and shaft-end bearing slinger to

protect the motor against dirt and moisture. Single-phase motors include a 15

foot weather-proof, 3-conductor cord, factory wired for 230v operation. Three-

phase motors include factory wired junction box for 460v operation. Fans have

spark resistant cast aluminum propellers and guard sets comply with OSHA

Standard 1910.212 (1/2" max opening). Transformer fans have a maximum ambient

temperature of 104ºF.

GUARD-MOUNT FANS

Hot-dipped, heavy galvanized steel, basket-type guards. Mounting kit (2ATY1) is

available, sold separately.

TUBULAR-MOUNT FANS

Zinc-plated wire guards. Mounting hardware kit included (2-Unistrut Channel,

4-Unistrut Nuts, 4-Threaded Rods, 4-Washers and 4-Lock Nuts).
